The Welcome to Video case involved the investigation and prosecution of a child pornography ring which traded videos through the South Korean website Welcome to Video, owned and operated by Son Jung-woo (or Jeong-woo). In her presentation, Taylor Piotrowski pointed out that the internet today has a higher degree of complexity and that there are resources that children still do not fully understand. It was revealed last year that the FBI took over a child pornography site called Playpen for 13 days to track users internationally. The FBI ran 23 child pornography websites as part of an investigation to catch pedophiles, according to newly unsealed documents.
